摘 要
随着全球经济的快速发展,市场竞争瞬息万变,企业在商业活动中越来越追求商业文件、样品及高精物品的快速、安全的到达;消费者则追求足不出户便能购买到所需的日常用品,市场的旺盛需求使传统的货物运输服务产生了一种具有快速、门到门两个特点的服务方式—快递服务。
中国加入WTO后,国际贸易的繁荣、外资引进的增加、西部开发都将刺激空运货物的增加,从而为快递业的发展提供契机。另外,电子商务激增将需要大量的门到门服务,这些都为快递业提供了广阔的发展空间。然而,跨国快递公司的纷纷涌入使中国快递业面临着严峻考验。
本文立足于快递业的发展问题研究,在简单的阐述了快递的概述后, 结合我国快递业的现状,和我国的现有制度及经济实力,分析了我国快递业的发展趋势。进一步分析了xx邮政快递业在发展过程中出现的问题,根据现有存在的问题进行具体的决策分析。为了使xx邮政快递公司在竞争中立于不败之地,本文在分析快递业所存在的问题的基础上,提出了快递业谋求发展的措施和从战略角度出发,提出应付激烈竞争的对策。

Abstract
With the rapid development of world economy and the tough change of market competition, enterprises require more and more fast and safe delivery of business documents and samples. In the meantime, costumers are seeking for shopping without leaving houses. Above two aspects engender a new service means-express service, to meet the bloom demand of market, which is with the character of fast speed and door-door.
With the China's entrance of WTO, the prosperity of foreign trade, the increasing of foreign investment and the development of West will surely stimulate the air transportation, which will benefit for express service. Besides, the blooming of electronic business will make express service necessary for door-door service, which leaves express service more space to develop. While, the multinational corporations' swarming into China make China's express service face a serious situation.
In this paper, based on the express industry in the development of research, in a simple overview of the Express, the combination of the status quo of China's express delivery industry, and our existing system and the economic strength, analysis of China's express delivery industry trends. Further analysis of the EMS industry Donning the process of development problems, according to the existing problems in specific decision-making analysis. In order to Donning Express Post in an invincible position in the competition, the paper industry in the analysis of delivery problems on the basis of the express delivery industry, seeking to put forward the development of measures and from a strategic point of view, put forward measures to cope with fierce competition.
