摘要
企业绩效评价是市场经济发展到一定阶段的产物,是成熟市场经济国家用于监管企业的科学方法和有效手段。企业业绩评价问题是任何一个经济体系中的核心问题。在科技日新月异信息高速发展的现代社会,建立起一套完整的现代企业绩效评价体系以适应市场经济体制和现代企业制度的要求,客观公正地评判企业经营者的真实业绩,规范企业经营行为,促进企业整体长远发展,在我国市场经济的条件下具有十分重大的意义。
绩效评价是企业管理的重要课题,一个好的绩效评价体系可以激活整个组织。在考虑企业绩效评价要求的基础上,本文将以哈尔滨xx会计公司为研究对象,介绍绩效评价的概念、方法及相关理论,运用其评价指标及方法进行分析和研究、理论分析与案例分析相结合的方法,从宏观角度和微观角度出发,探讨企业绩效评价运用的实际问题。明确绩效评价对企业的重要意义,构建新的历史时期下企业绩效评价体系。

Abstract
Performance enterprise is the development of market economy to a certain stage of the product is a mature market economy country for the supervision of enterprises and an effective means of scientific methods. Enterprise performance is a key question. The advancement of technology in the rapid development of modern information society, to establish a complete set of modern enterprise performance eva luation system in order to adapt to market economy and modern enterprise system, an objective and fair to judge the true business performance, standardize enterprise behavior, and promote the overall long-term development of enterprises in China's market economy under conditions of great significance.
