摘要
资本结构的选择是企业财务决策中的核心问题，众多有关资本结构的研究结果表明不同行业的资本结构有着显著的差异。作为我国重要能源产业的煤炭行业与其他行业相比有着显著的行业特点，本文拟对这一行业xx煤矿的资本结构进行较为全面和深入的研究。在比较系统的回顾了现有资本结构理论之后，本文对xx煤矿的投融资改革和行业的特点进行了简单的回顾与介绍，分析了xx煤矿资本结构的现状以及融资方式的选择。接着对xx煤矿资本结构与公司绩效的关系与资本结构影响因素进行了实证研究，在理论和实证研究的基础上，从微观与宏观两方面提出优化xx煤矿资本结构的对策建议，以最终实现企业价值最大化的目标。优化xx煤矿资本结构可以提高公司价值，这是非常必要的，对其下一步的融资决策也具有重要的参考意义。

Abstract
To choose capital structure is the core matter in finacial decisions,and most research on capital structure shows that there areremarkable differences in different industries.As an important energy industry of the coal industry in China compared with other industries has a remarkable characteristic , the paper intends to completely and deeply research the capital structure of Fuli Coal Mine industry.After reviewing systematically existing capital structure theories,in this paper,the FuLi Coal Mine Industry is simplely reviewed and introduced on the investment and financing reform,analysing the present situation of capital structure in FuLi Coal Mine industry and the way to the choice of the financing way.Then the paper researches the relationship between the capital structure and performance of FuLi Coal Mine industry , come up with the recommendation of optimizing capital structure in of FuLi Coal Mine industry on the basic of theory and empirical research and From the two aspects of micro and macro to finally realize the goal of maximization value of enterprise.Optimizing the capital structure FuLi Coal Mine can improve the company value,which is so necsssary and is also of being important reference meanings in its next financing decision.
