Abstract
Under the market economy condition, enterprises are becoming fiercer in competition.Enterprise's competition is talents' competition after all,attract, keep and encourage talents effectively.It must set up complete salary system, the complete salary system is regarded as the important content of enterprise's manpower resources management, can not merely help enterprises to introduce, develop and retain staff, foster enterprise's key competitiveness, strengthen enterprise's competition advantage, and can help enterprise's faster and better realization its strategic objective. The electric engineering company of Jilin installs enterprises is a system that design of the salary also plays an important role to further development . Carry on dynamic, effective, elastic salary system design to the electric engineering company of Jilin, strengthen the electric salary checking, calculating and control system of engineering company, improve the vitality of the salary system not only merely promote the steady development continuously of the electric engineering company of Jilin,The economic benefits of this company can be improved enormous.
