摘要
液压技术已广泛的应用于国民生产的各个环节,液压元件、组件和系统性能
的好坏直接影响液压设备的工作质量,因此,对液压元件、组件和系统性能参数
的测试和分析,就成为保证液压设备使用性能不可缺少的重要环节。随着计算机
软硬件技术和计算机辅助测试技术的发展,特别是基于FIX工业控制技术的出现,
为开发液压元件及液压系统计算机辅助测试系统提供了便利条件。为此,将测试
领域中的最新技术—FIX工业控制技术应用于液压元件及系统性能的自动测试中,
对于液压元件和系统的研发以及液压产品的推广应用具有重要作用。本文选择基
于FIX工业控制技术的电液比例液压测控系统作为研究课题,具有深刻的意义。
本文结合电液比例液压试验台的研制,在以下几个方面开展了全面而深入的研究:
(1)介绍了电液比例液压测试系统中计算机的软硬件资源,其内容涉及硬件和
软件两个方面:硬件方面着重研究了液压系统的组成、数据采集的硬件结构、信
号调理装置、系统抗干扰措施等;软件方面介绍了FIX软件的主要特点及功能,
重点研究了数据采集板卡的I/O驱动配置及地址分配,实时数据库设计及历史数据
库与历史趋势设计,高精度定时的方法等。
(2)设计了电液比例液压测控系统中油泵测试回路、安全集成阀块、主调压集
成阀块;闭式系统测试回路及整流集成阀块,使液压系统的安装布局更加合理,
维护更加方便,运行更加可靠。同时,还对不同元件的性能测试内容进行了归纳,
使测试系统的功能更加全面,也为软件的编制提供了数学模型。
(3)以FIX工业控制技术为指导,设计了液压测控系统的软件测试技术平台,
该测试平台能自动完成对液压泵、液压马达及闭式系统的性能测试,具有数据采
集、数据处理、数据分析、结果数据库管理和打印输出以及用户界面等功能。
(4)应用设计的FIX软件测控系统对液压泵、液压马达及闭式系统的性能进行
了测试,测试结果表明:电液比例液压测控系统的测试功能是全面的,满足了测
试精度的要求,测试过程简单方便,获得了良好效果。证明了本文的设计思路和
设计方法是正确的、可行的。
