摘要
目前很多中小企业为了适应信息革命的要求,提高自身的竞争
力,正打算或正在建立符合企业特色的公文管理系统。但是,这些中
小企业由于自身信息化基础比较薄弱,计算机软、硬件配置较差,而
且员工的素质也参差不齐,同时其经济实力并不雄厚,不可能像政府
或大公司、大企业那样进行大量投资建设信息系统。随着Web和数据
库技术的融合,基于Web应用的公文系统也显示出了优越性,本文从
中小企业的实际情况出发,在用户需求分析的基础上,提出中小企公
文管理系统的基本目标,并阐述基于面向对象技术的结构设计和功能
设计,给出了基于Tomeat+StrutS+Hibernate+Oracleg+Jdkl.4的公
文管理系统实例。
系统实现了部门、用户管理,公文发送,公文接收,公文回复、
转发、签收等功能。本文主要有五章组成:第一章为前言,简单扼要
的概述了系统的开发背景、发展概况、以及开发系统的重要意义;第
二章需求分析,对系统进行用例模型建模并对用例进行了详细的分
析;第三章系统设计,包括详细设计、概要设计、数据库设计;第四
章实现,包括开发环境的构建及关键部分的实现代码;第五章系统测
试,包括对软件的各方面测试;第六章为总结和展望。本文对中小企
业实现公文的网络传输具有参考价值。
