摘要
电子商务作为互联网技术发展日益成熟的直接结果,是未来商业发展的新
方向。不同类型的企业对电子商务的定位与实现方式有不同的看法与思路,但
是降低企业采购成本、提高采购效率、保证稳定可靠的物资供应却是不同类型,
不同规模的涉及供应链运作的企业始终追求的目标。在电力市场改革、央企加
快整合步伐及资本市场极其活跃的背景下,电力企业作为资源垄断性行业并非
高枕无忧。如何利用电子商务进行成本控制,提高市场竞争力是摆在电力企业
面前的紧迫问题。本文在对长江电力实施电子商务可行性进行充分论证的基础
上,为长江电力开展电子商务活动设计了的一套方案,并对方案的实施进行了
探讨,最后对实施该方案的风险和效益进行了分析研究。该项研究为长江电力
电子商务模式的设计、选择和运营提供了一定的理论支撑和指导作用。
