立体车库不翻转链式载车系统
摘 要
随着我国城市化进程的加快和汽车产业的迅速发展,轿车进入家庭已经不是新鲜事了。而人们买车后发现自己辛苦买来的车竟然没有停车的地方。那是因为与日剧增的车与有限的停车空间的矛盾越来越深化。针对这一问题,停车库的设计就油然而生。停车库的发展,应该说是从第一辆汽车诞生以来就随之产生的,它是一个涉及到物流仓儲﹑建筑结构﹑物业管理等多方面﹑多领域的综合性项目。设计中关于城市停车场、停车库的合理设计是相关专业领域亟需解决的课题。
本文首先介绍本设计的研究背景和研究意义以及各国的研究现状和探讨现在解决城市停车难问题的各种办法。指出城市停车难的问题根本原因在于不断攀升的汽车数量与城区有限车位之间的矛盾。解决停车难问题的有效办法就是兴建立体车库,在有限的停车用地上尽量增加多的停车数量。但是由于现在采用传统的设计方法设计的立体车库,在某种程度上很难保证停车设备的质量,也很难实现停车设备的批量生产和安装,这种情况导致我国停车产业发展缓慢,也因为停车的质量使得不少车主不愿把自己的爱车停在停车设备上,而更趋向于地面停车。鉴于这种情况,我们设计的课题为立体车库不翻转链式载车系统设计。采用一种新的载车系统来保证停车的质量及安全。我个人的设计﹑研究内容具体包括:了解不翻转机构原理及驱动与滚轮支撑系统结构,牵引与夹紧装置设计,载车板结构与刚性设计。

Abstract
Along with the development of our country city turns the progress quickly and the automobile industry of quick development, car's getting into a family is not nothing new. But people buy a car only to find that their hard work has not bought the car parking place that is because the growing and limited car parking space to deepen the growing contradictions between two. aim at this problem, the design of the parking database arise spontaneously. Parking storeroom comes out with the birth of the first car.It is an all-around item containing storage,construction frame and building management. Concerning city parking lot in the design, parking database of reasonable design is related profession the realm want to have a right way to solve of topic.
This text first introduction origin design of research background and research meaning and all countries of research present condition and study now solve city parking various way of difficult problem. Point out a city parking a difficult problem root the reason lie in continuously increasing of car amount and the antinomy of of the city area limited car. However, due to the traditional design methods are designed for parking, to some extent difficult to ensure the quality of parking facilities, it is difficult to achieve mass production and installation of parking equipment, which led to the slow development of China's parking industry, but also because Parking lot owners do not make the quality of his own car parked in parking equipment, parking and more towards the ground. As such, we design issues for the three-dimensional chain containing car garage does not flip design. Adopt a new set car parking system to ensure the quality and safety. Design, of my own content, including: understanding of principles and institutions are not turning wheel drive and support system structure, traction and clamping device design, structure and rigidity of loading plate design.
