随着中国加入WTO，医药生产企业也面临着越来越大的压力。医药企
业迫切需要采用新的销售管理方法来加强内部医药代表管理和客户管理，高
效地处理销售业务、掌握销售状况，降低运作成本。同时，医药代表也希望
有方便实用的工具，以便进行各类数据的管理、查询及提交。以往的医药信
息管理系统由于技术的限制，己经无法适应医药企业的发展。因此，开发基
于新技术的医药信息管理系统迫在眉睫。
Microsoft.NET是微软推出的下一代基于互联网平台的软件开发构想，
其背后的基本理念就是:不再关注单个的网站和单个设备，而是要让所有的
计算机群、相关设备和服务商协同工作，提供更加广泛和丰富的解决方
案。.NET开发平台使得开发者创建运行在IntemetInformationServer(115)
W七b服务器上的W己b应用程序更为容易，它也使创建稳定、可靠而又安全
的Windows桌面应用程序更为容易。.NET开发平台包括以下内容:.NET
Framework、.NET开发者工具、ASP.NET。通过在.NET开发平台中嵌入
ASP.NET，微软将CLR和类库的益处提供给了开发者。ASP.NET使用CLR来
编译代码，管理执行，创造了运行更快、表现更好的V尾b应用程序，在.NET
Framework上提供一个全方位的W七b开发平台，是建置和管理W己b应用程
序最佳的平台。
本文以某医药生产企业为例，介绍了基于ASP.NET技术的医药销售管
理系统的需求分析、功能设计、数据设计、系统结构设计和系统开发。该系
统以.NET为技术平台，后台数据库为SQLServe:2000，开发语言为Visual
Basic.Net，采用基于B/S的三层结构，将应用分成3层:用户界面层、商业
逻辑层、数据库层。该系统具有一定的技术先进性，为开发类似的系统提供
了借鉴。
