WELDING TECHNOLOGY OF HIGH STRENGTH THICK PLATE
Abstract:Based on the research of the welding performance of high strength thick plate, including brittleness in weld heat-affected zone, cold welding Cracks, lamellar tearing, we can draw a conclusion that high strength thick plate makes a poor performance in welding. According to the deep research of the key quality control point for welding technology for high strength thick plate, and apply it to the supervision of manufacturing for steel structural components of Guangzhou West Tower, the qualified rate of welding reached to 100%, ensuring the project quality efficiently.
