摘 要
随着全球化的发展,市场竞争越来越激烈,企业必须打造自己的核心竞争力,并创造更高的附加价值,才能在市场上获得一席之地。竞争力不足,意味着企业的生命力不足,必将导致企业被国际化的潮流所淹没。国际化是经济发展的必然趋势,无论是大型企业,还是中小型企业,都必须与世界经济接轨,走国际化经营的路子,才能求得生存与发展,才能在国际市场上赢得一席之地。中国经济正处在入世后的过渡阶段,中小企业在地方上的垄断经营优势已基本丧失,新的竞争优势尚未形成。面对新形势,中国中小企业如何提高其在国际市场上的竞争力已成为非常突出的问题。本文结合目前我国中小企业在国际市场中的基本现状,剖析我国中小企业存在的问题及产生的原因,结合实际和案例对如何提高我国中小企业在国际市场上的竞争力作出了建设性的意见,并通过欧洲,日本等海外中小企业成功的案例启示中国中小企业,真正意义上促进中国中小企业朝着做大做强的方向发展,提高其在国际市场上的竞争力和影响力。同时也启示我国政府在中小企业问题上的重视程度,使其在未来一段时期内围绕中小企业重点展开工作,最终实现中国中小企业竞争能力的全面提升。
