摘要
试验设计是统计学的重要的分支,主要研究如何制定适当试验方案以及如
何对试验数据进行有效统计分析的理论与方法。试验设计的方法有很多种,早
期的方法有区组设计、拉丁方设计、尤登方设计;而当今生产和科研当中,使
用最多的是正交试验设计、回归设计、参数设计、均匀设计、混料设计等。对
试验设计的研究主要集中在两个方面:一试验方案的设计与改进,二.试验结
果的优化与分析。
质量管理是为了能够在最经济的水平上,并考虑到充分满足用户要求的条
件下进行市场研究、设计、生产和服务,把企业内各部门研制质量、维持质量
和提高质量的活动构成为一体的一种有效体系。在质量管理活动中,尤其是在
质量控制和改进过程中,广泛使用各种统计方法,试验设计方法就是其中重要
的方法之一。
随着质量管理的蓬勃发展,利用试验设计进行质量控制和质量改进的理论
和方法的研究也得到了高度的重视和支持。本文结合质量管理活动中的实际问
题,从两个角度改进试验设计方法,并应用到实际质量管理过程中。一是利用
最小一乘算法,改进试验设计建模分析的性能;二是推广二维序贯均匀设计方
法,给出了三维空间上序贯均匀设计的方法。
