基于web的酒店管理系统的设计与实现

中文摘要：随着中国经济的不断增长和旅游业的飞速发展，酒店这个行业的竞争也日趋激烈。酒店要想在激烈的竞争脱颖而出，必须不断完善自身的管理手段和方法，提高自身的服务水平。因此，酒店业务的计算机管理就成为了当务之急。酒店管理系统的引入使酒店内部能集中管理，集中控制，快速反应酒店经营状况，大大提高了工作人员的工作效率，在给客户带来极大便利的同时也会提高酒店的经济效益。此外，酒店管理系统中各种信息的提供能使酒店管理者动态掌握酒店运营状况，还为酒店管理者提供了有力的决策支持。由此我们可以看出开发一套基于web的酒店管理系统尤为重要。
本课题研究的是基于B/S(Browser/Server)的web酒店管理系统。Java为开发语言，SQL Server 2005为数据库来进行设计与开发。本系统的主要功能是帮助酒店实现现代化的，科学的，高效的管理方式。系统基本功能包括客房管理、员工管理、客户信息管理、订单管理、权限管理、WEBQQ、订单管理等。本论文将主要阐述此次毕业设计题目“基于web酒店管理系统的设计与实现”的开发背景、开发的目的及意义、开发环境，且对系统的构架进行分析。本文将详细介绍系统各个模块的实现原理及系统的需求分析、详细设计、功能设计等，并通过图例和文字加以详细解释说明。在系统规划及概要设计中给出系统的总体规划与设计，在数据库设计与实现中给出数据库的总体设计及详细设计，在系统实现中具体介绍各功能模块的实现情况，并附有运行界面图。最后，本文将总结开发阶段与测试阶段遇到的问题与解决方法。

Abstract ：With China's continuous economic growth and rapid development of tourism, hotel industry, competition is intensifying. Hotel in order to stand out in the fierce competition, we must constantly improve their own management tools and methods to improve their service levels. Therefore, the computer hotel management business has become a priority. Introduction to hotel management system within the hotel to centralized management, centralized control, rapid response hotels operating conditions, greatly improving the efficiency of the staff, the tremendous convenience to customers while also improving the economic efficiency of the hotel. In addition, the hotel management information system to provide a variety of hotel managers can master the dynamic state of the hotel operations, hotel management also provides a powerful decision-making support. From this we can see the development of a web-based hotel management system is particularly important. The research is based on B / S (Browser / Server) of the web hotel management system.
