摘 要

仓管员作为顺丰的二线人员,对顺丰的内部环境与运营的总体质量有着不可或缺的作用与影响,因此,本文对仓管员的问题与建设做出了一些简要的叙述与探讨。本文第一二节,在介绍顺丰的概况与发展的大背景下,就顺丰仓管员的涵义、工作职责及要求做出了一些简要的描述;本文第三节,结合实习岗位作为点部仓管员,提出了仓管员在具体工作中发现与存在的问题;本文第三四节,分别就仓管员工作中存在的问题进行列举与问题存在的原因进行分析。主要存在的问题是仓管员建包问题、仓管员流失问题以及其核心价值观问题;这些问题以便在第五节提出了相应的建议与措施,采取的仓管员建设有:规范建包建议;全面优化仓管员的招聘制度;实施与完善仓管员薪酬方案改革;加强企业文化建设;提高仓管员忠诚度等措施。

ABSTRACT
Warehouse as Shun Feng's second officer, operation of the internal environment and to Shun Feng total quality has an indispensable role and impact, therefore, of the warehouse keeper in this article and made some brief description and discussion of the construction. Main exists of problem is warehouse tube Member built package problem, and warehouse tube Member loss problem and its core values problem; these problem to in fifth section take has corresponding of recommendations and measures, take of warehouse tube Member construction has: specification built package recommendations; comprehensive optimization warehouse tube member of recruitment system; implementation and perfect warehouse tube Member pay programme reform; strengthening enterprise culture construction; improve warehouse tube Member loyalty ofmeasures.
