摘 要


工件轴电机用来带动工件旋转,具有粗超和精超两个速度,具体数值根据生产现场要求确定。采用数字量进行控制,电机的转速可通过系统使用的数控系统的逻辑输出点控制,通过选折不同的频率值来调节。交流调速的主要方法之一是变频调速,变频调速需要为交流电动机提供频率和电压均可改变的交流电源,这种电源称为变频器。大型轴承内外滚道超精机的粗超和精超两个变频调速分别由两个变频器控制,通过变频器控制震荡电机来磨削工件,要求速度在0~~1400R/MIN范围内无级调速。采用模拟量进行控制,通过系统使用的数控系统输出0~~10V的给定电压,来调节电机的转速。轴承滚道超精机,包括电机、连杆、驮板支辊、偏心套、滑套、压簧、往复轴、超精轴、超精机轴筒、紧固套、压簧和油石卡头。电机轴以键与偏心套连接,偏心套外设置有半圆体,连杆的前端与半圆体焊接固连,连杆的另一端通过连动销与往复轴联接,在往复轴上套装有滑套和压簧,往复轴的另一端与紧固套连接,紧固套固定在超精机轴筒上,该筒套装在超精轴上,电机、轴承超精轴的轴承驮板均固定在驮板支辊上。本实用新型可使内外圈滚道光洁度达到9级以上。

The work piece axis electrical machinery uses for to lead work piece revolving, has thick ultra and the fine ultra two speeds, the concrete value basis produces the scene request determination.Uses the digital quantity to carry on the control, the electrical machinery rotational speed may through a system use numerical control system logical output control, through elects to fold the different frequency value to adjust.One of exchange velocity modulation main methods is the frequency conversion velocity modulation, the frequency conversion velocity modulation needs to provide the alternating current supply for the motor which the frequency and the voltage may change, this kind of power source is called the frequency changer.Inside and outside large-scale bearing roller conveyer ultra precision instrument thick ultra and fine ultra two frequency conversion velocity modulation separately by two frequency changer controls, comes the grinding work piece through the frequency changer control shake electrical machinery, the request speed in the 0~~1400R/MIN scope the stepless speed regulation.Uses the simulation quantity to carry on the control, outputs 0~~10V through the system use numerical control system to assign the voltage, adjusts the electrical machinery the rotational speed.The bearing roller conveyer ultra precision instrument, including the electrical machinery, the connecting rod, carries on the back a board roller, the biased set, slides the set, presses the reed, the reciprocating shaft, the ultra fine axis, the ultra fine engine shaft tube, the fastening set, presses the reed and the oilstone chuck.The electricity engine shaft by the key and a biased set of connection, a biased set of outside establishment has the semicircle body, connecting rod front end welds the solid company with the semicircle body, the connecting rod another end sells through the gearing with the reciprocating shaft joint, the coverall has on the reciprocating shaft slides the set and presses the reed.
