牙刷上细菌的分离及鉴定
摘 要:牙刷是用来清洁口腔的,可用久了的话就会积累细菌,时间越长细菌越多。可能就是这些细菌正危害你的健康。通过该创新实验,对牙刷上的细菌进行分离与鉴定,探讨大学校园中学生牙刷的细菌学分布,防止“病从口入”。
实验通过对牙刷上细菌的提取、分离、纯化得到不同菌种,采用平板计数法确定不同天数的牙刷细菌数目,简单染色观察形态,革兰氏染色确定革兰氏阴阳性,最后通过硫化氢试验、糖酵解试验、IMVIC试验、大分子水解试验,四个鉴定性试验确定菌种。
根据实验现象查询《伯杰氏细菌鉴定手册》确定菌种分别为A、C嗜热链球菌;B发酵乳杆菌;D类肠膜明串珠菌;E金黄色葡萄球菌。结果显示牙刷使用之前已经存在细菌,使用一段时间后,细菌数目和种类会增加很多。并且牙刷使用时间超过3个月的人,其上所含细菌总数及致病菌数明显高于牙刷使用时间少于3个月人。
结论牙刷是人们日常生活必不可少的卫生用品,使用过程中细菌的污染是不可忽视的问题,建议大家最好3个月以内换1次牙刷,根据具体情况选择药物牙膏。总之,常换牙膏和牙刷,保持口腔卫生,防止“病从口入”。

Abstract: The toothbrush is used to clean the oral cavity, can be used for a long time, then it will accumulate bacteria, the more the longer the bacteria. Possible that these bacteria are harmful to your health. Through the experiment, the bacteria on the toothbrush on the separation and identification of bacterial toothbrush campus distribution of students, to prevent the "disease from the mouth."
Experiments on the toothbrush on the bacteria by extraction, separation and purification of different strains, determined by plate count of bacteria on different days of the toothbrush the number of simple staining morphology, Gram stain to determine gram yin and yang, and finally through the hydrogen sulfide test glycolytic test, IMVIC test, macromolecular hydrolysis test, test to determine the four identified strains.
