摘 要
本文从零售企业产业价值链分析入手,在认真分析现代卖场采购、内部
运营、销售等行为动因的基础上,在采购策略制定与执行效果和销售策略制
定与执行效果及其对整个企业价值链实现过程中所起作用的层面上对国内企
业与国际领先企业之间的区别作了详细的比较。
在认真分析现代卖场价值链的基础上,详尽准确阐述了满足市场竞争要
求、符合零售企业未来发展趋势的以现代卖场为核心的全程供应链的特点与
设计原则,以此为依据运用平衡性分析理论构建出以现代卖场为核心的全程
供应链。
通过对全程供应链的公平性分析,建立全程供应链各节点之间合作博弈
模型,并以此为基础详细分析了现代卖场经营过程中各参与方与经营者之间
的关系,进而提出基于公平性的全程供应链一体化解决对策。
以实现以现代卖场为核心的全程供应链一体化为基础,着重针对现代卖
场的采购与销售环节作深入的研究与探讨。在进行现代卖场传统采购与销售
策略和运作模式分析之后,运用动态规划方法和神经网络建立相应的满足市
场竞争要求、符合未来发展趋势的策略制定模型。运用遗传算法对该模型的
