本文首先就资本结构理论的演化过程进行了回顾与评述,然后介绍了电磁线行业运营
现状,并对万宝漆包线的市场需求、财务状况、经营环境进行了分析;接下来对万宝漆包
线公司资本结构优化战略措施进行了研究,在线性规划模型的基础上建立了万宝漆包线公
司资本结构优化线性规划模型,得出了最佳资本结构范围结论;论文最后对万宝漆包线公
司资本结构优化结果进行了分析与探讨。
经过全面、系统、深入地分析,本文得出如下结论:
第一,万宝漆包线公司现有资本结构存在资产负债率较高、负债结构不合理、流动负
债比例偏高等缺陷,通过扩大外部股权融资比例和债券融资比例可优化资本结构。
