摘   要

本工程为现代机械有限公司办公楼,建筑面积约5186.9㎡,主体部分建筑高度为19.950米,长58.84米,宽为18.44米。本工程由市级建筑公司承建,混凝土由搅拌站提供。基于该工程的建筑场地位于7度(0.15g)抗震区,在结构设计部分也相应地进行了三级抗震计算。该地区的基本风压值:0.45 ,基本雪压值:0.35 。
本次毕业设计包括建筑设计和结构设计,根据建筑规范的有关规定,我们采用钢筋混凝土的框架结构方案。对于结构设计部分,我们首先计算了该建筑的水平荷载及其作用下的框架内力,即地震力作用,主要包括重力代表值计算,梁柱的抗侧移刚度计算,自振周期计算等等。其次,进行竖向荷载与框架内力的计算,主要包括恒载、活载作用下框架的弯矩、剪力、轴力计算,并对相应的数据进行了调幅,体现我们建筑中强调的“强柱弱梁”原则。再次,进行框架的内力组合,配筋计算,包括主筋和箍筋,所有的配筋都满足最小配筋率的要求。最后,我们还进行了基础截面的设计和配筋,以及楼梯和一些零星构件的设计。
本次设计先进行手工计算,之后借助于PKPM软件对整个结构体系进行了电算。

Abstract

This works for the modern office building Machinery Co., Ltd. The area is about 5186.9㎡, The height of the main boay is about 22.0meters and its length and width are about 60.60 meters and18.80 meters. This project have been accepted to be constructed by the municipal class company, the concrete is offered by agitation station. Since the constration of this project is located on the seismic area of 70 grade(0.15g), the third seismic-resisted resis design is carried on in our structure design. This region wind presses is 0.45 , the basic snow presses is 0.35 .
The whole design procedure consists of the architectural and the structural design. According to the relevant building codes, we adopt the frame-structured of the reinforced concrete. For construction design part, we calculate primarily the architectural lateral load and its dint inside the frame, namely function of earthquake dint, including the value compute of the gravity representative data, the calculation as to risist sidesway stiffness of the beam and column and the flap period calculation etc. The next in order, we calculate the vertical load and the dint inside the frame, including the frame moment、shear force、anxially force under the dead load and live load, and modify the relevant moment about the beams ends, which reflects the principle of " weak beam and strong column". The third, the frame beam goes together with the frame column are calculated, including the longitudinal and stirrups. The all reinforcement must satisfy the request that the least rate of reinforce. Finally, we still calculate the design of the footings and its reinforcement , and the stairs together with some pieces of components.
Except for the written calculation in this thesis, the software PKPM is also used to perform the whole procedure of structural design.
