摘要
随着当今经济的快速发展,轿车越来越普遍的作为普通的消费品进入百姓家庭。人们在追求享受的同时也越来越在乎汽车的使用经济性和驾驶的简便性,于是自动变速器在轿车中应运而生,满足了人们对汽车的舒适性和驾驶的简便性。
汽车自动变速器包括有级变速器和无级变速器(CVT)两种。沃尔沃XC90轿车装配的是自动有级变速器(AT),该变速器与前置前驱发动机相匹配输出更强劲的动力。自动变速器主要由液力变矩器、油泵、齿轮变速机构、人机控制系统、阀板5个部分组成。常见的变速器的故障原因有液力变矩器的故障、油泵的故障以及阀体的故障维修。

ABSTRAC

With the rapid development of economy, cars more and more popular as ordinary consumer goods into people family . People in the pursuit of enjoy and at the same time getting care about car usage economy and driving the simplicity of automatic transmission, then came into being in the car to meet people for the automobile driving comfort and convenience.
Auto automatic transmission include variable transmission and variator (CVT) two kinds. VOLVO XC90 car assembly is automatically have variable transmission (AT), the transmission is matched with lead precursor engine output stronger impetus. Automatic transmission mainly by the hydraulic torque converter, oil pump, gear shifting agency, man-machine control system, the valve plate five parts. Common transmission fault reason has hydraulic torque converter faults, and the body of oil pump failure breakdown maintenance.
