摘 要
在现代企业市场交易关系中,企业与供应商的关系发生了很大的变化,由原来的“竞争对手”变成了“合作伙伴”,这种关系的转变使得企业不能再以原来的方式来管理供应商。如何选择、管理供应商使其成为长期战略合作伙伴成为重要问题,而供应商评价作为企业进行供应商选择、管理、监督和改善等一系列活动的基础和标准,显得更为关键。
本文从现代供应链管理理论出发,借鉴国内外优秀的供应商评价经验,结合轴承行业的特点,建立了轴承供应商综合评价模型,为轴承商家选择长期合作伙伴型的物资供应商提供了一种方案。然后结合××寻找供应商的具体项目,用综合指数法和模糊层次分析法对供应商进行评价和选择,以证明其有效性和适用性。
本文旨在通过对供应链环境下轴承行业各级供应商的新型关系的研究以及一些重要评价指标和评价方法的研究的基础上,构建基于合作伙伴型的供应商选择与评价的指标体系模型并期望通过该评价模型,能够为××在众多供应商中选择最佳的合作伙伴和对战略型供应商进行有效管理提供一些参考和帮助。

ABSTRACT
In the environment of supply chain management, enterprise relationships with suppliers have produced very big change; it has become "partners" from the original "competitors”, this kind of relation of the change makes the enterprise can't again with the original way of managing suppliers. It’s been an important issue to select and manage the suppliers so as to make them the long-term strategic cooperation partners. Then the eva luation from the suppliers would be more critical when serving as the basis and standard of a series of activities: enterprise suppliers’ selection. management. supervision, improvement and the like.
The paper establishes the comprehensive eva luation model of Garment industry to be in favor of the bearing manufacturers’ selection of long-term cooperative partners. while the modern supply chain management theory. the excellent supplier eva luation experience and the Garment industry specialty contribute a lot. Focusing on the xudong Group’s selection of xudong bearing company looking for suppliers of specific project. the paper adopts Comprehensive index method to eva luate and choose. then to prove its validity and applicability.
Study on the new relationship between all the Garment industry spare parts a suppliers in the supply chain. along with some important index and methods of eva luation enable this paper to build a supplier selection and eva luation model in a cooperative way. It then provides some references and assistances for xudong bearing company to select the best partners in numerous suppliers and to carry on an effective management of the strategic suppliers.
