摘 要
首先根据推土机平衡梁的具体结构进行装-焊工艺的设计,在进行焊接装配采用整装整焊的方法,工件装配采用轴定位、活动支撑、夹紧器、挡铁定位和连杆定位的方法进行工件的定位。焊接时应采取合理的焊接工艺,选择的焊接参数必须要保证焊后焊缝不出现缺陷或所产生的缺陷在允许的范围内。拼焊采用焊条电弧焊进行焊接,正式焊接采用CO2气体保护焊进行焊接。焊后应进行及时的整修,以确保产品的合格率,避免产生工件的报废,造成不必要的损失。根据平衡梁的装-焊工艺进行总装配胎架的设计,平衡梁是批量生产要求装配胎架在装焊时工件方便装卸,减少工人的装配时间,减轻工人的工作量。所设计的总装配胎架在确保工件生产时要求精度的前提下,减少工时,降低产品成本以保证产品的经济利润,这是要求所设计的T180推土机平衡梁总装配胎架的基本理念。

Abstract
