毕业设计(论文)中文摘要

   钢管自动切断倒角机床是带式输送机托辊钢管切断、两端倒角一次自动完成的专用设备。除上料外,其余工序(送料、定位、夹紧、倒角、切断)在此机床上依次自动进行。其自动化程度高,一次即能满足钢管的加工精度,不需要辅助加工,并且安装简单,调整方便。另外采用硬质合金刀(YT5系列),其硬度高,耐磨性,耐热性都很高,切削速度远比一般高速钢快的多,使得其使用寿命大大延长。在液压系统的使用上,采用双联泵供油,保证稳定的工作速度,切断采用进口调速出口背压装置,使得速度可调,安全可靠。控制系统采用可编程控制器(PLC)为中心,限位采用无触点开关,动作程序准确连续。整个加工过程,由“自动送料—送料到位—夹紧—夹紧到位—进刀—进刀到位—自动落料—放松退刀—退刀到位—自动送料”循环进行,工作效率大大提高,适用于大批量的专业化生产。

Title    The design of chamfering machine for cutting steel pipe automatically                    

 

Abstract
The chamfering machine for cutting steel pipe automatically is a special equipment which could cut off and chamfer at both ends the belt conveyor idlers pipe auto-completely at once. In addition to feeding, the other processes(feeding ,positioning, clamping, bevel, cut off) followed by automatic in this machine. For high degree of automation, a steel pipe that can meet the processing precision, does not require auxiliary processing, and easy-to-install ,To facilitate adjustment.And it is equipped with carbide tool(YT5 series)that has hardness, abrasion resistance, high heat resistance, cutting speed faster than the general high-speed steel, making its service life significantly to extend.Double pumps supply the oil to ensure stability in the pace of work, it uses exports of back-pressure device and adjusts speed at imports ,making adjustable speed,safe and reliable.The control system use PLC as the center.The limited switch is
no touch, accurate procedure for action. The course of working as follow: automatical feed-feed in position-clamp-clamp in position-sumping-sump in position-sumping-sump in position-automatical blanking.The cycle can improve the work efficiency and work with a batch of workpiece.
