近年来，随着高校的不断扩招，学生的发展规模越来越大，因而山东交通职业学院拟建设教学综合楼，旨在增加教学设施以及教学用房。本项目的总建筑面积为21920.43平方米，自2010年4月5日开工，2010年10月31日竣工。本文结合山东交通职业学院教学综合楼这一案例，对项目的实际情况进行调查研究，并收集了相关数据，从技术可行性、财务可行性、国民经济与社会可行性等多个方面对本项目的可行性进行了分析论证。
经过全面的分析与论证，说明山东交通职业学院教学综合楼工程项目在技术可行性评价、财务可行性评价、国民经济可行性评价以及社会可行性评价等方面都是可行，本项目的建成与使用不仅能够得到一定的经济效益，还可以收获良好的社会效益。所以，本文对山东交通职业学院教学综合楼工程项目的可行性研究不仅能够为相关领导者在投资决策中提供重要依据，也能够成为项目资金筹措的根据。

Abstract:
the recent years, along with university's unceasing increased enrollment, student's development scale was getting bigger and bigger, thus the Shandong transportation Training college planned to construct the teaching synthesis building, was for the purpose of increasing the teaching facility as well as the teaching uses the room. This project's total floor space is 21920.43 square meters, begins from April 5, 2010, on October 31, 2010 is completed. This article unifies the Shandong transportation Training college teaching to synthesize Lou Zhei the case, conducts the investigation and study to the project actual situation, and has collected the correlation data, from the technical feasibility, the financial feasibility, the national economy and the society feasible and so on many aspects has carried on the analysis proof to this project's feasibility. undergoes the comprehensive analysis and the proof, explained that the Shandong transportation Training college teaching synthesis building engineering project in aspects and so on technical feasibility appraisal, financial feasibility appraisal, national economy feasibility appraisal as well as social feasibility appraisal is feasible, this project's completion not can only obtain certain economic efficiency with the use, but may also harvest the good social efficiency. Therefore, this article to the Shandong transportation Training college teaching synthesis building engineering project's feasibility study not can only to be related the leader to provide the important basis in the investment decision, can also become project financing the basis.

This project's total floor space is 21920.43 square meters, begins from April 5, 2010, on October 31, 2010 is completed.
