Application and prospect of computer technology in welding materials field
With the spread and development of computer,the application of computer in welding field becomes widespread and gose into almost its all aspects.Accordingly,how to apply CAW technology to improve welding quality and raise productive efficiency attract more and more welding workers attention.
Welding materials ,the key factor that determines the composition and quality of weld,include electrodes,wires,welding flux protection gases,etc.It affects not only the stability of weld process,the property and quality of joint,but also the productivity.However,the output of welding materials in our country is high but its quality is low because the structure is still not rational and the variety and quality of welding materials is worse than that of world advanced level[1,2];.So welding workers should seize the scientific and technologic
