Abstract: Along with the competitive development of the global economy, having access to the information at an early time is the main reason welcomed by the telemarketing mode. As a mean of marketing, telemarketing can enable the company to transfer the information to the target customer quickly in a short time. At the same time it can benefit the user to receive the information timely. But using this telephone mode's cost is lower than others. You use the telephone to directly to connect to the user and communicate with them. It shows it is customer-oriented and the feature between the interaction of the company and customers. I mainly introduce the meaning and tactics of telemarketing in my paper. I hope my paper will offer some help for the people engage in this job.

摘 要:随着全球经济的激烈发展,可及时获知信息是电话营销模式受欢迎的主要原因。作为一种营销手段,电话销售能使企业在一定的时间内,快速地将信息传递给目标客户,同时也有利于用户及时地获知信息。而使用电话营销这种主动模式,往往比其他推销成本要低得多,直接使用电话就可以与用户一对一交流沟通,它体现了以客户为出发点及企业和客户不断交互的特点。在我的这篇论文里,我着重介绍了电话营销的含义以及技巧。我希望我的论文能对那些打算从事此方面工作的人员有所帮助。

Abstract: Along with the competitive development of the global economy, having access to the information at an early time is the main reason welcomed by the telemarketing mode.
