摘要：
本文主要对重庆摩托车行业的知识产权保护问题现状和原因进行分析，通过引用2003年摩托车行业报告中重庆摩托车行业产销量数据和2004-2005年重庆摩托车行业专利申请数量，以及力帆侵权合隆鑫被侵权案例，采用定性分析和定量分析相结合的技术方法，结合图表，分别从自主创新能力、自主知识产权的保护力度、重庆摩托车企业的侵权与被侵权深入分析重庆摩托车行业自主知识产权保护现状，并结合政府和企业自身两个方面探讨其原因，文章最后提出司法执法和企业专利保护的措施，希望能对重庆的的摩托车企业知识产权保护问题产生积极的意义。

Protection of intellectual property rights on motorcycle industry in Chongqing
Abstract：This paper attempts to analyze, in terms of independent innovation capability, protection dynamism of proprietary intellectual property rights, infringement on motorcycle enterprises, the current situation of intelligent property protection on motorcycle industry in Chongqing by demonstrating relevant data, cases and tables and introducing the technical method of combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, discusses its causes by involving both government and enterprises, and puts forward the measures on law enforcement and potent protection, with intention to have positive influence on intellectual property rights protection on motorcycle industry in Chongqing.
