中小企业在我国的经济社会发展中占有重要地位,发挥着大企业难以取代的作用。中小企业作为我国国民经济的重要组成部分,同样也处在改革与发展的关键时期,但是人才流失却阻碍着我国中小企业的发展。中小企业人才流失问题严重,如何有效地解决人才流失问题以增强我国中小企业的市场竞争能力将是我们入世以后面临的一个严峻、紧迫而具有现实意义的问题。本文在对中小企业人才流失分析的过程中,以 X 公司为研究对象,通过问卷调查对该公司人才流失现状、影响及原因的分析,为 X公司提出了解决人才流失问题的对策。

Research on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Brain Drain Issue
Abstract: Small and medium-sized enterprises occupy the important position in the socio-economic development. Small and medium-sized enterprises are in the key periods of the reform and development too as the important component of our national economy. But the brain drain is hampering it’s progress. After China’s ascension to the WTO, small and medium companies will have to compete both domestically and internationally, which highlights the importance of solving the problem of employee turnover. The author first analyzes the current situation of employee turnover in small and medium firms and the impact on these firms. Then the author focuses on the study of one particular firm –X, using data collected through questionnaires. Based on the results from data analysis, the author identifies the reasons of employee turnover in small and medium enterprises and suggests ways to resolve the issue.
