在城市园林绿化建设工程施工市场上, 招投标已经成为工程项目的发包与承包所采用的一种高级的规范化交易方式[1 ] 。 通过对园林绿化工程招投标工作的调查、分析及对宜兴市招投标办法的改进,进一步体现园林绿化工程招投标公开、公平、公正的原则,大力提高园林绿化工程的质量和景观效果,不断推进城市园林绿化事业的发展。
