摘要：
中国目前有中小企业中国企业总数的99.6％，占中国六成的GDP值，为我国经济的发展、人民生活水平的提高做出了极大的贡献，但随着全球经济一体化进程的加快和我国加入世界贸易组织，在新形势下中小企业在其发展中遇到了一些问题。纵观中小企业的创业成长，中小企业的成功与否，很大程度上取决于企业家个人的文化素质和思想境界，其实质是企业家文化的一种体现，当今中国的中小企业文化，深深地烙印着企业家朴素的人格思想和经营管理理念。企业家文化在企业发展中的作用已经非常突出。因此，企业家作为企业的缔造者应该积极加强对自身素质的培养。本文中，从探寻部分中小企业家的企业家文化出发，寻找推进企业发展的企业家文化，以及提升企业家素质。
