摘  要
二手车市场是一个巨大的市场，它影响着整个汽车产业和社会生活的诸多方面，同时也对政府制定和调整汽车产业政策有重要影响。汽车保有量和产销量的增长也为二手汽车提供了充足的货源，中国经济的增长以及可支配收入的提高也将大大提高消费者对二手汽车的购买力。未来二手车交易量与新车销量差距将进一步缩小，二手车市场发展前景广阔。
伴随着二手车市场的发展，但是当前制约我国二手车流通市场健康发展的因素尚未消除，旧机动车鉴定评估尤为重要，本论文拟对旧机动车鉴定评估方法进行研究，对现有旧机动车评估。

Abstract
Second-hand car market is a huge market, it affects the entire automotive industry and many aspects of social life, but also on the Government to formulate and adjust the auto industry has an important impact on policy. Car ownership and growth in production and sales of used cars for a sufficient supply，China's economic growth and increased disposable income will also greatly enhance the purchasing power of consumers to second-hand car Future second-hand car trading volume and new car sales will further narrow the gap between second-hand car market prospect is broad.
With the development of second-hand car market, but the constraints of our current used car market, the healthy development of the circulation factor has not been eliminated, the old vehicle appraisal and eva luation is particularly important, this paper intends to identify assessment methods of the old vehicle to study the exist gold vehicles assessment.
