众所周知,市场经济是竞争经济,影响竞争的因素颇多,但人才无疑是一个非常主要的因素,这已经是一个不争的事实。但目前高新技术企业普遍存在的一个问题却是紧缺的人才找不来,重要的人才留不住,人才流失尤其是优秀人才、核心人才的流失问题日渐突出,这样一种状况显然与企业所面临的越来越激烈的竞争环境不相适应。究竟如何破解高新技术企业人才流失的迷局,如何让企业留住核心人才自然成为高新技术企业生存与发展的关键课题,而本文从勒温场动力激励理论出发,对企业人才流失的原因进行具体分析,并找出人才流失的应对策略。

The Research on the Talent Loss Problem of Chinese High-tech Enterprises
—— Based on the Analysis of Lewin Theory


Abstract: As we know, the market economy is a competitive economy. There are so many factors effect the economy, of which the talent is obiviously a major factor. However, the big problem existed in the high-tech enteprises is just the shortage of talent. The talent-loss, especially the loss of excellent and core talent have become increasingly prominent, this is an obviosly situation that won’t adapt to the environment the enterprises face. How to solve the talent loss problem and how to retain core talent become key topics. Based on Lewin's theory, this article analyzes the reasons of talent loss, and set forth the measures.
