第三方物流作为一种优越的物流模式在现代企业中被广泛应用，本文通过对美国、西欧、亚洲地区的第三方物流发展状况的分析，得出世界的第三方物流市场具有潜力大、渐进性和高增长率的特征。但从中国第三方物流企业的发展来看，我国物流企业还存在着企业制度不健全、市场占有率低、人才匮乏等问题。本文针对这些问题，通过对中外物流企业的对比分析，并结合我国现阶段的实际，提出有利的发展措施和管理办法。从而推动和促进我国第三方物流的发展，为企业带来更高的经济效益。

Analysis of the third—party logistics development
Abstract: As a superior logistics model,The third—party logistics is widely applied in the modern enterprise. Based on the research of the third-party logistics development of the United States, Western Europe and Asia, we know the world's third-party logistics market has great potential, progressive and high-growth characteristics. But from the development of the Chinese 3PL enterprises,there are several problems still existed in China's logistics enterprises:imperfect system,the low market share and the shortage of talents. Through the analysis of the Chinese and foreign logistic enterprises, combing the present situation, this article set forth some solutions and manage measures to the problems, so as to promote and facilitate China's third-party logistics development,and brings enterprise more cost-effective.
