随着社会生活节奏的不断加快,快餐市场取得了迅速的发展,但从整个快餐行业发展水平来看,西式快餐比中式快餐有着明显的优势。西式快餐之所以能有明显的优势,是因为西式快餐通过多年的发展已经具备了核心竞争力。中式快餐要想在快餐市场中占据一定的优势,或具有一定的竞争力,必须培养自己的核心竞争力。本文将用现代企业管理思想注入到中式快餐企业中,改进中式快餐企业的传统模式,目的是使中式快餐企业实现现代化管理,拥有自己的快餐企业特色,提高竞争力,从而建立起自己的核心竞争力。

The study on the core competence establishing of Chinese fast food enterprises
Abstract: With the accelerating social life tempo, fast food market has obtained rapid development. But in terms of the fast food industry development level, Western-style fast food has obvious advantages than Chinese fast food. The reason for Western-style fast food having a distinct advantage is that the Western-style fast food has had their core competitiveness after the years of development. In order to gain certain advantages, or have certain competitiveness in the fast food market, Chinese fast food must develop their own core competitiveness. This article will use the theory of modern enterprise management, combing our fast-food enterprises development status quo, and set forth solutions to improve our fast food traditional model, aiming to make our fast food enterprises achieve modern management, and form their own characteristics in fast-food enterprises, enhance their competitiveness, thus build up their core competitiveness.

The study on the core competence establishing of Chinese fast food enterprises
Abstract: With the accelerating social life tempo, fast food market has obtained rapid development.
