摘要
本设计介绍的是煤矿行业中使用的支撑掩护式液压支架和液压支架中一个重要部件底座的设计。支撑式液压支架在煤炭行业是一种非常重的设备,它在采煤工作面中为了防止顶板冒顶,维持一定的间空,保证工人安全和各项工作的正常运行,必须对顶板进行支护。液压支架是以高压液体作为动力的,由液压元件与金属构件组成支护和控制顶板的设备安是实现支撑和切顶、移动液压支架和推移输送机等一整理套工序。
底座的用途是为了支架和其它结构和工作机构提供安全设备的基础,还有为了与前后连杆和掩护梁一起组成四连杆机构和将立柱前后连传递的顶板压力传递给底板。底座又分为分式铰接底座和钢性底座两种。

Abstract
This design introduces the support shield type hydraulic pressure support and the pedestal design which is an important part of the hydraulic pressure support, they are used in the coal mine profession. The hydraulic pressure support in the coal profession is one kind of extremely heavy equipment, it must support and protect the roof, in mining coal working surface, in order to prevent the roof braves to gore, maintain certain space, guarantee the workers’ safety and each work’s normal operation. The hydraulic pressure support takes the power by the high-pressured liquid, the equipment of timbering and controlling the roof is composed by the hydraulic pressure part and the steel work, realizes one whole set working procedures which include the support and cut、the motion of hydraulic pressure support and the process of conveyer and so on.
Not only the pedestal provides the foundation of the safety equipment for the support and other structure operating mechanism, moreover with the front, the rear connecting rod and shields girder compose four link motion gears together, and transmits roof pressure which transmitted by the column front and rear to the bottom plate. The pedestal is divided into the hinged pedestal and the steel pedestal two kinds.
