从绞股蓝中联合提取皂苷、黄酮和多糖工艺研究

内容摘要:研究了从绞股蓝中按皂苷、黄酮、多糖先后次序联合提取皂苷、黄酮和多糖工艺,与单独提取工艺进行对比。结果表明联合提取工艺中提取率:皂苷3.98%、黄酮1.36%、多糖1.40%。单独提取工艺中提取率:黄酮1.75%、多糖1.96%。5g原料的联合提取工艺与15g原料的单独提取工艺相比,原料的利用率得到较大的提高。

Technology research of  saponins, flavonoids and polysaccharides joint extraction from gynostemma pentaphyllum
Abstract: According to the order of saponins, flavones, polysaccharides, A joint extraction of saponins,flavones, polysaccharides from gynostemma pentaphyllum had been proceeded, which was compared with single extraction. The results of the study showed that comprehensive extraction yield was saponins 3.98%, flavones 1.36%, polysaccharides 1.40%.Single extraction yield was flavones 1.75% ,polysaccharides 1.96%. Compared joint extraction of 5g raw material with Single extraction of 15g raw materials, the utilization rate of raw materials had been increased.
