摘 要:
    农民工群体是社会上的特殊群体，国家和学界一直对农民工群体非常重视。随着社会发展，近年来人们又开始关注农民工群体中的特殊群体——新生代农民工，学者在新生代农民工的研究方面，取得了一定的成就。笔者对新生代农民工职业流动有着浓厚的兴趣，根据自身条件在2010年寒假期间对笔者所在的盘村进行了入户访谈调查，主要考察盘村新生代农民工的现状、职业流动概况、职业流动特征以及影响职业流动的因素等。

Abstract : Migrant workers ' groups are special groups in society, country and academics have attached great importance to it. with the development of society, in recent years people have began to focus on the special groups of migrant workers '—the new generation of migrant workers, scholars have made certain achievements of the study of it. Author has a strong interest in the new generation of migrant workers ' occupational mobility , and according to own conditions , has made an interview surveys in the village where the author has been home during the 2010 Winter, studying on the status of new generation of migrant worker , occupational mobility profiles, occupational mobility features and influencing factors of occupational mobility.
