在市场经济下，机遇与挑战、投入与产出、收益与风险是不可分的，往往风险较高的经营项目其收益一般也比较丰富，反之风险较低的项目或无风险，其风险必然比较低薄；往往抓住机遇、敢于承担风险就能得到更多的发展空间，不愿承担风险往往失去机遇，发展缓慢。财务管理部门与企业的其他经营管理部门紧密联系，贯穿于企业生产经营的整个过程，那么作为财务管理中的财务风险问题也就是重中之重，越来越值得我们也是必须去关注。财务风险作为一种信息，在当今激烈的市场竞争下要想不被市场所淘汰，我们采用唯物辨证、主观与客观、理论于实际相结合的方法，对财务风险进行分析预测，采取及时有效的进行财务风险控制，行适当的财务风险决策，从而在经济竞争中处于有利地位。
