伴随着市场竞争的加剧和信息技术革命飞速发展，企业管理发生了根本性的变化，流程再造思想应运而生并得以不断发展。本文着重剖析了我国中小企业面临流程再造的问题现状，发现我国中小企业在流程再造过程中面临人力、信息、文化、组织等多方面问题障碍，并针对以上问题提出了如何进行我国中小企业流程再造的对策建议。

Abstract：Followed market competition intensifying with the information technology revolution rapid development, the business management is having the fundamental change, the flow has made the thought to arise at the historic moment and can unceasingly to develop again. This article emphatically analyzed mid- and small-scale enterprise our country the question present situation which makes again faced with the flow, discovered small- and mid-scale enterprise our country makes the process central plane again in the flow near the manpower, the information, the culture, the organization and so on the various question barrier, and proposed in view of the above question carries on countermeasure suggestion which mid- and small-scale enterprise our country the flow makes again.
