摘  要

二十世纪九十年代以来,计算机的不断发展引发了各个领域的革命性变革。航运界也受其影响,使得现代航运对船舶自动化程度和信息集成程度的要求也越来越高。为了适应现代自动化机舱的要求,PLC控制逐渐取代继电接触器控制成为船舶机舱控制的主要环节,使控制系统更加安全、迅速、可靠。 船舶在正常航行过程中,机舱出现故障经常需要轮机员下去对主机,辅机等设备进行维修和保养,由于现在大多数船舶采用的是无人机舱的模式,所以在机舱工作的数量就很少。故而当轮机员进入机舱工作就需要有可靠的监测报警系统,传统的继电器控制的轮机员安全报警器,虽说能够提供报警但是其容易发生故障且不易被察觉。然而采用PLC控制这能使轮机员报警系统的安全系数大大的提高,从而使轮机员的工作更加安全可靠。上述设计满足了《2006钢质海船建造入级规范》的迅速、实时、可靠、直观等要求。所以用PLC控制轮机员报警器就能够使轮机员在机舱工作地安全系数得到大大的提高

Abstract

Since the 1990s, the computer has developed unceasingly has initiated each domain revolutionary transformation. The shipping interest also receives its influence, causes the modern shipping is also getting higher and higher to the ships automatically and the information integration degree request. In order to adapt the modern automation engine room request, the PLC control substitutes gradually following the electrical pick-off control into ships engine room control key link, causes the control system to be safer, to be rapid, is reliable. The ships in the normal navigation process, the engine room present the breakdown to need the marine engineer to get down frequently to the main engine, equipment and so on auxiliary engine to carry on the service and the maintenance, what because the present majority ships use is the unmanned engine room pattern, therefore are very few in engine room work's quantity. Therefore works as the marine engineer enters the engine room work to need to have the reliable monitor alarm system, the traditional black-white control marine engineer safety alarm apparatus, although can provide the warning, but it easy to break down and was realized not easily. However uses PLC to control this to be able to cause the marine engineer alarm system's safety coefficient big enhancement, thus causes marine engineer's work to be safer reliably. The above design has satisfied "2006 Steel Sea boats Construct Into Level Standard" rapidly, real-time, reliable, direct-viewing and so on requests. Therefore controls the marine engineer alarm apparatus with PLC to be able to enable the marine engineer to have the big enhancement in the engine room job site safety coefficient
