变更地籍调查技术设计

摘  要:本技术设计书包括变更地籍调查的工作流程和验收办法两大部分，工作流程内容包括工作区域的任务介绍及目的，变更地籍调查的准备工作，权属调查，地籍控制测量以及需要上交的主要成果资料。最后是针对本次变更地籍调查工作的验收办法。其中权属调查包括调查方法、地籍资料变更，控制测量包括GPS网控制测量、一级导线控制测量、图根控制测量和地籍碎部测量。
本技术设计书是对变更地籍调查整体工作流程的指导性文件。针对具体问题，可做具体补充。
