摘 要
21世纪对于中国来说,是一个高速发展的时期,同时也是个激烈竞争的时代。面对激烈的竞争环境,如何取得、维护竞争优势成为本世纪的企业共同面临的课题。一个企业与对手竞争的资本既靠本身的市场潜力,也靠企业内部的严谨管理。而本论文将以仓库物料管理做以相关研究。
在生产制造企业中,货仓是连接生产、供应、销售的中转站,是生产的后勤部。其重要的工作还包括直接参与生产经营,编制物料需求计划,跟踪物料消耗情况,及时提供物资信息及控制呆废料的产生等等。良好的货仓管理能确保生产的顺利进行,同时也能降低物资成本的周转率。在做好仓库物料管理的同时,也要完善滞、废物料的管理制度,废料的处理最好办法是集中统一处理,这需要靠各部门的通力配合。很多企业都不太重视废品的处理,其实良好的废品处理也能使企业的成本下降。
这次的研究是在对前人ERP中的库存管理模块研究的基础上,根据企业特点将库存管理细化,提出具有企业自身特色的物料配发系统及库存呆滞物料的解决方案。
本论文中,主要从以下三个方面进行阐述:
第一部分我将对国内国际应用较广的的ERP系统中的库存管理模块进行有关调查,了解当今仓库物料管理的特点,通过分析仓库物料管理的特点,对当今的仓库物料管理有一个定性的了解。
第二部分主要对自己所实习企业(维珍妮内衣有限公司)现在所用的ERP系统中的库存管理模块进行调查。首先找出该企业物料配发时存在的问题;接着针对问题提出管理办法及呆滞物料解决方案;最后设计相应ERP系统,并以网页形式展示。
第三部分主要是对论文的成果做以介绍,这一部分也是全文的主体。成果是根据在企业实习当中遇到的问题,将ERP系统中的库存管理模块结合企业自身状况深入剖析,提出针对企业库存管理模的流程优化方案。此方案设计有其针对性,并将此前企业内部的相关库存管理程序优化,最大程度地发挥物料资源的作用。
此论文的目的就是运用所学让企业以最低费用和理想且迅速的流程,能适时、适量、适价、适质的满足使用部门的需要,减少损耗,发挥物料的最大效率,获取利润的最大化。

ABSTRACT
For China, the 21st century is a period of rapid development, but also an era of intense competition. The face of fierce competition, how to obtain, maintain competitive advantage in this century issues facing businesses. A company's capital to compete in both the market potentialby itself, but also by the strict enterprise management. Storage of this paper will be made torelated research materialsmanagement.
In production enterprises, storage is the link of production, supply, sales of transfer station, is the production of the logistics department. Its important work also directly involved in the production and management, preparation of material requirements planning, tracking material consumption, time spent to provide material information and control the generation of waste and so on. Good storage management to ensure smooth production, while reducing the cost of goods turnover. In doing warehouse materials management, we must also improve the delay, waste material management system, the best way to deal with waste in a unified way, it needs to depend on the various departments cooperate. Many businesses pay little attention to waste handling, in fact, also makes good business waste disposal costs.
The study is in the ERP in the previous study of the inventory management module based on the characteristics of business, inventory management will be refined, made of materials with the company allotted its own characteristics, and inventory management programs sluggish materials solutions.
In this paper, I mainly explain the following three aspects:
First, I would have a wider domestic and international applications of the ERP system, inventory management module to conduct surveys, to understand the characteristics of today's warehouse materials management, warehouse materials management by analyzing the characteristics of materials management in today's warehouse to have a qualitative understanding .
The second part, the practice of their own business is now used in the ERP system to investigate the inventory management module. First of all find out when the company made material with a problem; then problem-management approach and dull material solutions;final design of the corresponding ERP system and do a web page to display.
The Third part is an outcome of the paper to do to introduce this part of the text is the subject. Results are based on business practice in which the problems encountered, the ERP system, inventory management module, combined with enterprise-depth analysis of their situation, make inventory management model for enterprise process optimization. This design has its specific, and had internal procedures related to inventory management, optimized to maximize the role of material resources.
The purpose of this paper is to allow enterprises to use what they have learned the ideal and the lowest cost and quick process, timely, adequate, suitable price, suitable material to meet the needs of user departments to reduce the loss, play materials for maximum efficiency, the maximization of profit .
