摘要:在介绍电容分压器基本原理的基础上,分析了脉冲信号时间与电容分压器测量系统时间常数的关系。建立分压器的等效电路图,对测量系统进行仿真分析,分析表明电容器中的寄生电感和电容对分压器的影响较大,当他们达到一定的程度会使系统输出波形的振动剧烈,上升时间变长,输出波形失真[1]。电容器中的电阻对分压器的性能有一定的影响,在设计高压脉冲电容分压器时要适当给予考虑。通过改变等效电路中的各个参数,分析不同参数对分压器测量性能的影响,对分压器的结构进行了优化。设计的电容分压器的分压比为2100。

Design of the Capacitor Divider for Measuring of High
Voltage Pulse

Abstract: The relation between the pulse signal’s and the measurement system’s time constant of capacity voltage divider are analyzed on the base of the introduction of fundamental principle of capacity voltage divider. Equivalent circuit  of the voltage divider is established in order to simulate the measurement system, the simulation analysis showed that the resistance and capacitance in the capacity have greater effect on capacity voltage divider .The output waveform of the system will vibrate intensively ,the rising time will become longer ,and the output waveform will be distorted when they reach a certain extent .The resistance of the capacity has a certain influence on the function of voltage divider which should be considered in designing a high voltage pulse capacity voltage divider .The voltage divider’s structure can be optimized by changing the circuit’s  parameters and analyzing the influence of different parameters. The voltage ratio of the designed capacitance voltage divider is 2100.
