[摘 要]农村土地制度改革是保证国民经济可持续发展的重要问题。农村土地有序流转是我国农业产业化发展、农业结构调整的客观要求，也是在新形势下做好农村工作必须要解决好的问题之一.如何妥善地解决土地流转问题，对于农业的产业化经营以及新农村建设，起着至关重要的作用。

Abstract:Rural land reform is important issue to ensure that the national economy can develop continued.Rural land transfer in order is the objective requirements for the development of agricultural industrialization and agricultural structure adjustment in China,Under the new situation,it's also one of the big problems that need to solve while doing rural woke. Whether we can resolve the land transfer issue properly plays a vital role in the industrial management of agriculture and new rural construction.
