摘 要：湖南胜景山河生物科技股份有限公司在首次公开发行股票时，被质疑存在造假而被证监会叫停。本文从一个财务报表外部使用者的角度，以上市公司财务管理和财务报表分析的相关理论，运用结构法、比较分析法、趋势分析法、相关比率法等方法从该公司近几年的财务报表着手分析，并与本行业龙头企业和行业平均水平进行对比，探究其是否存在虚假，虚假的可能性有多大，虚假背后的原因和动机是什么，如何才能避免这些现象。经过分析，该公司报表确实存在异常情况，并针对这种情况提出相关的建议和见解。

Abstract：Hunanshengjingshanhe Bio-Technology Co., Ltd, in the IPO, was questioned by the Commission there is fraud and stopped. This article, from a perspective of external users of financial statements to the financial management of listed companies and financial statement analysis, the theory, the use of the structure, correlation ratio method, comparative analysis, trend analysis and other methods from the company's financial statements for the last three years set analysis, and with the industry leader and the industry average compared to probe whether there are false, to how extent false, false reasons and motives behind what, and how to avoid these problems. After analysis, the company reports the existence of unusual circumstances, and make relevant for this case the views and opinions.
