变速调压摩擦实验机是由国家非金属矿制品质量监督检验中心依托对定速摩擦试验机的成功改进,是定速摩擦试验机的升级版,它主要有正压力加载系统、主机、计算机控制、强电控制系统四部分组成。本文将着重介绍其中的主机和压力加载系统。主机除了保留定速摩擦试验机的优点为,采用了更为稳定可靠的门架式结构来进行正压力的加载,以步进电机为动力,电机皮带轮与主轴带轮的传动采用平衡拉杆,防止主轴在大扭距作用下的变形。压力加载系统则是由液压系统采用液体通过液压缸对试片进行加压。
在可调压,可变速条件下对摩擦材料的摩擦磨损性能进行试验决定它必将是企业,科研单位、检验机构进行质量控制、配方研究、产品检测的主要实验设备。
总的来说,此变速调压摩擦实验机全部采用开放式结构,它的主要特点为:结构简单,安装方便,维修容易,由于其低成本从而可以实现工业效益的最大化.

ABSTRACT
In this paper, we have briefly introduced the background and development of the friction test machine; we also have given a minute description of its working elements and its important status in the development of our country’s material engineering.
The friction test machine which can change its speed is a successful amelioration, which is carried out by the country quality intendance center according to the friction test machine of fixed speed, and is the upgrade of the friction test machine of fixed speed, it mainly includes four parts --- the system of positive compressive stress, the mechanical system, the control system of electricity and the computer system. not only it has the excellence of the friction test machine of fixed speed, but also it adds the positive compressive stress by using a more dependable structure, the driving equipment is the step motor, and the transmission of the mechanical system chooses two kinds of methods --the belt, and gears, in order to preventing the distortion, which is engendered by the tortuosity of the main axes. The adding compressive stress system consists of hydraulic pressure machine and the test flake.
It must will be a equipment used by the corporations, the scientific research units, the quality intendance centers and the products test centers, because it has lots of strongpoints, especially it could change its circumgyrated speed.
In a word, this friction test machine is an open type structure, its main characteristics is: simple Structure, install conveniently, maintain easily, since it is low cost to carry out the optimization.
