摘 要
随着我国公路桥梁事业的发展,新建高速公路及桥梁越来越多.同时既有的许多桥梁进入了养护维修阶段,有关专家认为桥梁使用25年则进入老化期,据统计,我国桥梁总数的40%已经属于此范畴,均属老龄桥梁.而且随着时间的推移,其数量还还在增长。近20年来,随着桥梁检测事业的飞速发展,新结构、新材料、新工艺不断涌现;同时桥梁结构的使用荷载日益增大,大批既有桥梁进入老龄化期,为了确保桥梁结构的安全运营,对桥梁检测工作提出了更高的要求,桥梁检测工作亦有此愈发显得重要。另一方面,随着自动化技术的发展以及计算机的普及应用,测试技术、分析手段也取得了长足进展。
为了分析检测臂的结构性能,用ANSYS 对检测臂进行了有限元分析,通过分析检测臂受力及位移变化情况来验证检测臂结构安全性。同时对检测臂进行了模态分析,测出了其固有频率和结构振型,为检测车工作时的稳定性要求提供了参考。

Abstract
With the development of highway bridges,more and more highways and bridges have been built recently. At the same time many of the existing bridges have came into the stage of maintaining and repairing. Experts believe that the bridges enter the aging period when they are used for more than 25 years. According to the statistics, aging bridges have accounted for 40% of the total bridges in our country. And over time, their number is also still growing. With the rapid development of the enterprise of the bridge inspection, new structure, new materials, new techniques are emerging constantly in the past 20 years.At the same time,the working load of the bridges is increasing, a large number of existing bridges are entering aging period. In order to ensure the safe operation of the bridges, the requirements of bridge inspection work is more strict. Bridge inspection work is also more and more important. On the other hand, with the development of automation technology and the popularization of computer applications, testing techniques, analytical tools have also made considerable progress.
In order to analyze the structural properties of detection arm, finite element analysis of the detection arm iscarried out by using ANSYS. By analyzing the force and displacement variation of detection arm, its structural securityis verified. Meanwhile, the modal analysis is used to test the detection arm's natural frequency and structural vibration modes, which provides a reference for the stability test of the bridge inspection vehicle.
