摘 要
本篇论文主要通过SWOT分析法对金誉海公司的竞争态势进行分析，最终确定公司的竞争策略。通过对黄金投资在中国发展现状的研究分析，发现市场中存在的有利机会与不利威胁，以及通过对金誉海公司的现状分析，发现了公司内部的优势和存在的劣势。经过实地调查并采取访谈的形式发现公司内部的优势有很大的利用空间，并且公司存在的管理上的问题也可以得到解决，而且市场上存在的有利机会很多，对公司来说外部的威胁也并不严重。最后，经过SWOT综合分析，决定公司应采用SO增长性竞争策略并针对此策略提出相应的计划。

Research on competitive strategy research of JinYuHai investment company
Abstract
This essay analyzes through the SWOT analysis the JinYuHai company’s competition situation mainly, and determines its strategy. According to the research of the development status of China's gold investment, this paper finds the favorable opportunities existing in the market and unfavorable threats, through the analysis of the current status of JinYuHai company, its internal advantage and weakness. Through on-the-spot investigation and interview are identified the company has a lot of advantages of using space, and the company existing management problems can also be solved, the favorable opportunity exists on the market for the company, and the external threat is not serious. Finally, through SWOT analysis the company should use both in the competition strategy and the growth of the corresponding strategy plan through SWOT analysis.
