摘要
随着电子技术的发展,可编程控制器(以下简称PLC)不断更新、发展,PLC控制是自动控制中最常见控制方式之一,自动门就是自动控制应用的一典型例子,由于可编程控制器具有很好的处理自动门的开关控制及良好的稳定性,而且可以很简单的改变控制的方式,因此,自动门的生产商家很多都运用PLC来做门的控制器。目前自动门在日常生活中运用越来越广泛。
本文论述的自动门控制系统主要由以下几部分构成:可编程控制器(PLC)、信号采集装置、变频器、驱动装置、传动装置。可编程控制器选用日本三菱电机公司生产的FX2N-32M小型PLC;信号采集装置选用上海晶园微电子公司生产的微波感应器;变频器采用日本三菱电机公司生产的FR-540变频器;驱动装置采用天津安全电机有限公司生产的YSM100/112、W、S三相异步电动机,额定转矩为0.43N.m,额定转速为400r/min;传动装置采用皮带来带动门的运动。本设计对于周围环境的要求较低。
本设计主要的工作原理是通过信号采集装置判定有无人经过并将信号转换成开关量信号传到PLC,PLC根据开关信号的来控制变频器的开停和速度的变换,在由传动装置带动门运动。
本文总共分五个章节进行叙述其软、硬件结构、工作原理等,具体如下:
第一章介绍自动门的国内外自动门现状,本课题研究的内容和目的意义。
第二章主要介绍自动门控制系统方案的设计。
第三章介绍了自动门的硬件系统的设计,PLC的选型,变频器的选型,系统结构,自动门控制电路,控制电路的连接。
第四章介绍了系统软件的设计,PLC梯形图概述,编程软件的介绍,程序流程图,程序的编写工作。
第五章主要介绍了梯形图程序的下载,调试及结果分析。

Abstract
With the development of electronic technology, the programmable controller ( PLC of the following abbreviation ) constantly updated, development, PLC control is the control of the most common control mode of automatic control, automatic door is a typical example of application, the programmable controller has good processing automatic door switch control and good stability, and can be simple change the control way, therefore, automatic door production businesses are using PLC to do door controller.
