本课题主要研究对象为矿井机电设备,通过对机电设备的正确选型,为实现采煤的高产高效提供技术支持。
根据课题的设计要求,本设计主要从矿井地理位置,井田走向,顶底板条件,水文地质,矿井开拓系统,通风及排水要求,主副井系统,主运输系统等矿井基本情况出发,进行采煤机选型计算,液压支架选型计算,刮板输送机选型计算,通风设备选型计算,排水设备选型计算,皮带输送机选型计算。
并绘制工作面布置图,三机配套图,通风设备布置图,带式输送机施工图。

ABSTRACT
Coal is China's basic energy and important raw materials, the national economy in an important strategic position, it is China's national conditions.At present, the coal industry faces some situation: safe foundation is weak, the safety production grim situation, Comprehensive utilization of resources enough to improve ecological environment of mining, urgent. Advanced and backward production capacity, technical level is low.
This topic in the main direction for mine electrical equipment.To achieve high efficiency of coal mining, must be the correct selection of equipment.
According to the design requirements issues, the design mainly from the mine location, Ida trend, roof and floor conditions, hydrogeology, mine development system, ventilation and drainage requirements, the main shaft system, the main transport systems of basic conditions of mine, for mining machine selection calculation, selection of emulsion pumping station hydraulic support selection calculation, scraper conveyor selection calculation, calculation of ventilation equipment selection, equipment selection drainage calculations, selection of belt conveyor calculation, the main shaft hoisting equipment selection Computing. And the mapping of Figure 3, and machinery, pump house floor plan, main shaft hoisting equipment, electric control plan.
